Product Details
Belt ConveyorProvide transportation of plastic materials, such as film, filament, Raffia. If you want to feed the film in rolls into the compactor, our hauling roller is optional. The feeding speed is automatically adjusted by the inverter according to the fullness of the compactor.
Metal DetectorIf metal is detected in the material by the metal detector, a warning will be issued and the belt conveyor will be stopped.
CompactorThe arc-shaped plate guides the material into the extruder. This compactor combines pre-heating, pre-dry and size reduction to ensure a fast and stable feeding process.
Rotating And Fixed BladeThe rotating blade and fixed blade cut the material into small flakes. The friction heating generated by the high-speed rotating blades will per-heat and shrink the flakes.
Single Screw ExtruderOur unique design single screw extruder gently plasticizes and homogenizes the materials. Our bi-metal extruder has great anti-corrosion resistant, wear resistant and long life time.
Double Vacuum Degassing ZonesWith double vacuum degassing zones, volatile such as micro-molecules and moisture will be removed efficiency to improve the quality of granules, especially suitable for the heavy printed materials.
None-stop Piston Type Filter* Long screen lifetime, lower screen change frequency: Long filter lifetime owing to large filter areas. * Easy to use and none-stop type: easy and quick screen change and do not need to stop the running machine.* Very low operation cost.
Back Flush FilterBlack flush filter technology works by guiding clean melt to flow from the back of the screen to clean the small surface area of the screen. Due to the small surface area of the screen to be washed, high-speed cleaning can be realized at the screen, so as to achieve the best cleaning efficiency.
Automatic Strand PelletizerThe materials will be pushed out from die section and moved into the pelletizer by water through automatically.
Manual Strand PelletizerThe materials will be pushed out from die section and cooled by water. The air knife dried the materials. Then the materials will be cutted by strand pelletizer.
Dry System* Advanced dewatering vibrosieve and horizontal centrifugal present high drying performance and low energy consumption. * Assemble sieves: The sieves are installed and fixed by screws instead of welding, so you can change the sieves easily in the future.
Packing SystemFinal qualified granules will be blowed into and storaged in our storage silo. You can control the weight of each bag granules and monitor the capacity with our capacity online monitoring & quantitative weighting system.
