Product Description

Separator is a device that separates gas from well fluid. Oil wells often contain free gas that can easily causes the interruption of fluid continuous flow inside of pump system, which impacts the equipment performance. The RGS can separate gas and well liquid to eliminate or reduce the influence of gas on the work performance of the submersible pump.

Main features:

1. Applicable to oil wells with gas content below 30% with the separation efficiency up to 90%;

2. Carbide bearing is used to support grinding pair;

3. Induce optimization of separation wheel front end structure, with high sand resistance;

4. Perform anti-corrosion, wear-resistant spraying of parts.

RGS type

Through the rotating centrifugal force of the inducer, well liquid is separated and flowing outward. The straight vanes further spread out the liquid outward while keeping free gas moving in the middle position and exhausting through the small holes which locates in the middle of the separator head. The well liquid flows into pump through the inclined holes in the separator head.
